Waste Management
The MPR Society constructed a solid and liquid waste management system as an extension to the water and sanitation system in the village. The Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme (MGNERS) extended support to the MPR Society to build a Solid Waste Management System in the village.
As an extension to the Solid Waste Management System, a vermicompost pit was constructed in the village outskirts. Mr. Manohar Reddy provided farm machinery including a tractor with a trolley. This project generated employment for 6 people in the village.
